Michele Carey, known by her birth name Michele Lee Henson, born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America she is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, physician, a Thelma Brennell Henson. In her teens, she was an expert in piano playing and was the winner of a national competition at the Chicago Music Festival when she was only 13 years old. When she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado she lived with her parents. She completed the schooling at Fort Collins High School and completed her studies in the year 1960.
