Jennifer Tilly was born on the streets of Los Angeles, California on September 16, 1958. The birth circumstances were miserable. Her mother, who was a failing actor and schoolteacher, sold automobiles while her father was an automobile salesman. Jennifer was the second daughter of her parents and frequently accompanied her mother, who worked as a schoolteacher and a theater teacher, to performances. She found her very amazing. At the age of Jennifer was five years old the divorce of her parents took place. Jennifer was a resident of British Columbia for most of her early years when her mother and others moved there.
